Farm Gate
In this post we’re looking at a lowly farm gate. Have we hit bottom and run out of subjects to babble on about? Never! Anyway, there’s a million of them protecting home, field or pasture, they’re strictly utilitarian and because they blend into the background hardly ever get noticed. Unless of course, you need to open one, in which case, they’re the worst thing on the planet and a scourge to all mankind. Who designed these things to be so clumsy?
There’s a difference here and while it’s no simpler to open, it’s a bit more creative. It sure caught our eye as we speed past. Hold on for evasive maneuvers! We’re out roaming Alberta backroads, in search of adventure and this farm gate, made of old bed parts, is a highlight of the day. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that give us joy.
From the same card dump…Ogden Block β Hong Lee Laundry Calgary and Miquelon Lake Park Big Loop.
Short Subjects: Reports that are short and sweet in nature. Think silly little snippets, vignettes and things of that sort. You’ll be in and out in no time.
